This classes suitable for dancers who have had some experience with Dance or Acro, it introduces various techniques of flexibility training as well as techniques that are especially designed to improve your range of movement. Condition your body, increase your flexibility, get stronger and fitter whilst learning dance techniques such as kicks, spins, leaps and turns.
No age limit, 4+ and above.
